It's like a 2D Platformer version of God of War, but the artistry is like that of ancient Greek Pottery. Since I'm a wuss-puss and I wanted to just get through the story rather than go back and forth, I was able to turn on GOD mode, so we were able to get from the beginning to the end in a more entertaining fashion.
The story follows Nikandreos, a citizen of Dion who has found that the Olympian Gods have abandoned humanity. Together with Hera, Queen of the Gods as your benefactor, you need to climb Olympus and defeat the many Gods and usurp The Mighty Zeus so that humanity can survive. The storyline, music and gameplay are all fantastic. You collect weapons along the way, recipes to craft items, and there are many unlockables that I was not able to get to in the time frame of these streams. One great feature is that your weapons will wear down and eventually break, forcing you to keep your inventory full and your pockets light as you can purchase and discover new weaponry.
